Overnight Camping Now Available for Merchants!!

As some of you are traveling from a good distance away. We’d like to offer the another option other than driving back to town and paying too much for a room. Keep in mind we’re not equipped with a full-on campground, we do however have space for tents and campers, keep it simple, just a place to sleep. Power cannot be supplied for the camping area. Of course we’ll have to have a few rules and a small fee.

> $15 for each person camping…. this will include a small breakfast buffet from the Food Truck.
> Must bring your own camping equipment.
> Tents & campers will need to be set up prior to the Ball.
> NO FIRES
> Merchandise will still need to be cleared from your vending space by 1:30 am.
> The Camping Area will be a QUITE ZONE. If you’re not ready to be quite yet, you are more than welcome to hang out with the Staff in the Pavilion.
> Your Camping Space must be clean of all debris and vacated by NOON.
> Camping Spaces are first come first serve
> Reserving your space would be just much appreciated, so we have plenty of food for everyone.
