Misfit’s Witches Ball and Bazaar Vending Options

I trust that everyone is enjoying their Summer to the fullest
and getting their vending calendar set up for the season.

Currently the Sanctuary is busy planning the details
for Misfit’s Witches Ball & Bazaar 2017.

Saturday, October 21st 2017
Karyae Park 4227 Linwood Rd, Gastonia NC 28052

We will keep our vending options the same this year,
as it better accommodates our Merchants needs.

Merchants will still have the option to be under the  Covered Pavilion
or to bring their own canopy, as well as choose if they’d like to vend
at the Bazaar only, the Ball only or to join us for the whole Event

Merchants will again have Four Vending Fee options this year!!!

Witches Bazaar   @ 11pm ~ 5pm
Witches Ball @ 8pm ~ 2am 

$30.00 Fee include:
1 Ticket to the Witches Ball
12×12 space at the Witches Bazaar 11pm-5pm
Merchants will have the option to be under the  Covered Pavilion or to bring their own canopy
(for those choosing the Covered Pavilion, please be aware that the Band will have a sound check during the day)

12×12 space at the Witches Bazaar  11pm-5pm
12×12 space at the Witches Ball 8pm-12-am
Bazaar Merchants will have the option to be under the  Covered Pavilion or to bring their own canopy,
if you choose to Vend at the Ball as well, you will need to bring their own canopy
(for those choosing the Covered Pavilion, please be aware that the Band will have a sound check during the day)

$20.00 Fee include:
12×12 space at the Witches Bazaar  11pm-5pm
